Every Ref' Crew piece meets the highest standards — crafted and shipped from facilities across the United States, Europe, and UK. Made for you, when you order. That's the standard we hold.

How long does shipping take ?

We run a tight operation. Here's the breakdown:

Production: 2–5 business days on average. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days — more than 50% are out the door in 3 or less.

Delivery: Add standard shipping time on top of production once your order ships.

Total: 5–10 business days from the moment you place your order.

Like our calls — these are estimates, not guarantees. Orders placed on hold may take a little longer.

Will I receive a tracking number ?

Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to follow your order all the way to your door. No guessing, no waiting in the dark. The call is always transparent.

Do you ship internationally ?

Worldwide. The crew has no borders. Your order ships from the facility closest to you — United States, Canada, Europe & UK — which means faster delivery and less waiting wherever you're calling games.

International orders typically arrive within 5–20 business days depending on your location.

How do I know which size to order ?

Check the size guide on each product page — it's there for a reason, please use it.
Use a soft measuring tape and compare your measurements with the size guide on each product page. Here's how to measure:

A — Length
Place the end of the tape at the top of the shoulder (highest point). Pull straight down to the bottom hem.

B — Width
Place the tape at the seam under one sleeve and pull across the chest to the seam under the opposite sleeve.

C — Sleeve Length
Place one end of the tape at the top of the sleeve and pull down to the wrist.

Sizes may vary up to 2" (5 cm). When in doubt, size up. Our tees have a relaxed fit that looks even better oversized. Trust the process.




What's your refund policy ?

We stand behind every piece we put out. Here's how it works:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — that's on us, and we'll make it right. No questions asked. Send us a photo of the issue at hello@refcrewapparel.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll get you a replacement or a full refund. The call stands in your favor.

If you ordered the wrong size — check the size guide next time. We can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing mistakes. That's why the guide is there — use it before you check out.

Order lost in transit? Reach out. We'll investigate and make sure you get what you paid for.

We don't cut corners. If something's wrong, we fix it.

How do I use a promo code ?

Enter your code in the "Discount code" field at checkout before completing your order. Simple as calling a foul — just don't forget to apply it before you submit. Codes cannot be applied after purchase.
