General Terms and Conditions of Sale — Ref' Crew Apparel

Article 2 — Products Ref' Crew Apparel sells premium apparel and accessories for basketball officials. Every product is made to order. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but colors may slightly vary depending on your screen settings.

Article 3 — Pricing All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

Article 4 — Orders Placing an order on refcrewapparel.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Ref' Crew Apparel reserves the right to cancel any order without justification. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. All transactions are secured through Shopify Payments. Ref' Crew Apparel does not store any banking information.

Article 6 — Production & Delivery Every product is made to order within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ref' Crew Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

Free standard shipping on all USA, Canada, Europe and UK orders. Worldwide shipping available — delivery times vary by destination.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal As every Ref' Crew product is made specifically to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. No returns will be accepted for personal convenience or sizing errors.

Article 8 — Refunds A refund or replacement will be issued only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items upon receipt. The customer has 30 days from delivery to report the issue by email at hello@refcrewapparel.com with supporting photos.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property All designs, visuals, and content on refcrewapparel.com are the exclusive property of Ref' Crew Apparel. Any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Article 10 — Personal Data Data collected is used solely for order processing purposes. In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting: hello@refcrewapparel.com

Article 11 — Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Marseille, France shall have jurisdiction.
