Ref' Crew — Ref Mom Tee

Angry coach? Loud gym? She's heard worse at home.

A coach wants a word. The bleachers have opinions. A fifteen-year-old point guard swears he never touched anybody. None of it rattles her. Long before she walked into the gym, she had already settled the back-seat dispute, ruled on whose turn it was and heard every appeal the kitchen table has to offer.

Ref moms work two games at once. Both have rules, both have people convinced the rules don't apply to them, and both need someone who makes the call and stands by it. This tee is for the women of the third team, who hold the floor on game night and the house the rest of the week.

  • The Aesthetic: "Ref" in rounded, tilted lettering above a varsity "MOM" in navy with a distressed finish, an orange basketball standing in for the O, and "I've heard worse at home" underneath. Plain back.
  • The Feel: Premium garment-dyed heavyweight cotton, 6.1 oz — a soft, broken-in hand from the very first wear. A relaxed fit that moves with you, from pregame to post-game.
  • The Vibe: For the moms who ref, and an easy gift for the one in your crew. Wear it to the gym, to the clinic, in the stands at the kids' games, anywhere she's the calmest person in the room. If you know, you know.
