Ref' Crew — The Refspect Tee

Respect. It goes both ways.

Every official hears the word before the game and after it. Players want it, coaches demand it, and the one in stripes is expected to earn it twice over — once for making the call, once for taking the noise that follows. Refspect is that same word seen from the other side of the whistle.

  • The Aesthetic: A heavy gold varsity slab locked into a hand-brushed cream script — one word, two voices, read in a single glance. The Ref' Crew star sits where the apostrophe belongs. Gold and cream on a deep black body.
  • The Feel: Premium garment-dyed heavyweight cotton, 6.1 oz — broken-in feel straight out of the box. Gets softer with every wash.
  • The Vibe: It reads the same in any gym and in any language. The ones who get it, get it instantly — and the ones who don't were never the point.
